This site is much like a scrapbook; a catalogue of ideas, events, artifacts, and impressions. I record the things that interest me during this period of my life. It isn't always beautiful nor technically compelling but it's my view of the world no matter how mundane.
I can't expect you to like what I publish here and many don't. Of course it's nice if you do and that's what one of the things that makes the internet so cool - the ability to reach someone somewhere who appreciates what you do.
I have lived and worked in Hsinchu, Taiwan for the past 7 years but grew up amidst the green and red rolling hills of Prince Edward Island, Canada. The contrasts between these two locations is very inspiring. I travel allot and have come to call Thailand my 3rd home. I have a wide range of interests, some rather unconventional, which include obviously photography, sound art, music, building musical toys for children, and information design. I am interested in anything to do with connecting people and allowing them to share their thoughts and expressions. Currently I have been working at home on various projects but I have spent the past 8 years working as a designer and researcher.
Please say hello and show me what you are working on. If you are visiting Taiwan be sure to drop by and say hello (my vcard).
The photographs on 35togo were taken either with my Canon 350D, Canon S100, my old Canon SLR, a Sony t-630 or a Lomo LC-A. I love Fuji 800 film.
